But when working undercover, she rarely has the opportunity to widen the lens and hear from farmers and other workers in the food sector, many of whom are themselves victims of the system. She also seeks out food revolutionaries who show her how we can transform our agriculture, and make it sustainable, accessible and compassionate, to safeguard a habitable planet for future generations, and for all the species we share this Earth with.
