简介："Bakhshi - Bards of North Khorasan" is a documentary about a disappearing tradition of storytelling and singing in eastern Iran. Shohre Shafie presents a unique and intimate portrait of the Bakhshi tradition by allowing six of the most revered Bakhshis from North Khorasan to speak about their way of thinking, their values and formation. As professional stage performers and masters of ceremonies, it is natural for them to perform on the spot and showcase their art while explaining themselves and their methods.
