简介：The story centres on 30-year-old Viktor Leth, who has lived with his mother his whole life and is afraid of everything. He is disconnected from reality, living his life through old Danish films. When his mother dies, Viktor is left to fend for himself. He finds out that his father, Charlie, is still alive, and he decides to visit him in Copenhagen. Viktor thinks his father is a jazz musician, but Charlie turns out to be an insurer in an ailing insurance company. Viktor has a huge talent for insurance owing to his mother’s great fears, and Charlie tries to use his son to save the company. At the same time, Viktor meets Josefine, an unfortunate employee whose life has been a series of mishaps. He has to choose between playing the role that his father wants him to and setting himself free.
