简介：Floating In The Vacuum is the third feature from Tunisian director Mohamed Ben Attia, known for Hedi that won the best first film and best actor prizes in Berlin in 2016 and Dear Son that premiered at the Director’s Fortnight in Cannes in 2018. The film is produced by Tunisia’s Nomadis Image with Belgium’s Les Films du Fleuve and France’s Tanit Films. It is about a man fresh out of jail who sets out to find his son and take him far away to show him his amazing discovery.
Rafik has only one plan: take his son far away in order to demonstrate his spectacular ability to fly. Faced with his wife’s disbelief and the resistance of his in-laws, Rafik bursts into his son’s school and whisks him away. During their escape, they meet a shepherd and take shelter in a country house, where things start to go wrong.
